REVEALED: EU law blocks Britons 'from the TRUTH about UFO sightings' across UK skies

BRITONS have been left in the dark about a number of UFO sightings in UK skies because of European Union legislation, it has been reported.

The CAA has been using European law from 2014 to block access to the public records of sightings or incidents between 2011 and 2017, the Sun reports.

The law reportedly states: “Occurrence information can only be used for the purpose of maintaining or improving aviation safety, and the release of occurrence information to the general public or the media, including in response to Freedom of Information Act (FOI) requests, is not permitted.

“However, if you require occurrence information for the purpose of maintaining or improving aviation safety you are able to make an application to the CAA.”

Although the EU protests that the information is accessible via application, a university professor suggests otherwise.

Dr David Clarke of Sheffield Hallam University was previously granted access to the files.

But was shocked when his FOI requested was refused earlier this year.

He told the Sun Online: “These have been collected and logged by the CAA since at least 1976.

“For many years the CAA has released this information under FOI without any evidence that commercial secrets or safety have been harmed or compromised.

“Indeed in 2012 the chief executive of Britain's National Air Traffic Control Services, Richard Deakin, admitted in a BBC Radio 4 interview that his agency received reports of UFOs from civil aircrew somewhere in the world every month.

"To improve public confidence in air safety, the authorities should be proactively promoting open access to records of this type."

The authority reportedly claimed that public access had been blocked because the identity of pilots needed to be maintained.

A CAA spokesman said: "The Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) scheme requires individuals and organisations within the aviation industry to report safety occurrences to the CAA, with the intention that these reports are used to constantly improve safety levels.

“Information held by the CAA under the MOR system may be made available, for the purpose of improving aviation safety, subject to completing this application form."

A FORMER US naval officer has shockingly claimed to have seen the entrance to a secret alien base and UFOs while on duty in the Antarctic.

The former military man, who is said to have seen 20 years of service, has allegedly revealed the startling story to US conspiracy theorist investigative journalist Linda Moulton Howe.

Mrs Howe, 75, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, who has been awarded for her paranormal research through website Earthfiles.com, says she was contacted several times by the whistleblower she has only been referred to as Brian.

In a series of videos released on YouTube, Mrs Howe is heard interviewing Brian about what he allegedly saw.

Brian, 59, who alleges to be a former retired US Navy petty officer first class flight engineer in a squadron called Antarctic Development Squadron Six, claimed to have been part of a crew that flew through a “no fly zone” above Antarctica, and saw UFOs, aliens, and a giant entrance hole to an alien base.

He was said to be stationed there between 1983 to 1997, when he retired, and on several occasions saw "aerial silver discs" flying over the Transantarctic Mountains. 

In the videos, he claimed there is a top-secret collaboration between humans and aliens, with Antarctica a major research ground for the projects.

The large hole was said to be five to ten miles from the South Pole, in the supposed no fly zone. 

He also said a group of scientists had gone missing for a week and come back terrified and refusing to speak.

Then at a camp near Marie Byrd Land, some dozen scientists disappeared for two weeks and when they re-appeared, Brian’s flight crew got the assignment to pick them up. Brian says they would not talk and “their faces looked scared.”

In an email to Mrs Howe, he said: "Another unique issue with South Pole station is that our aircraft was not allowed to fly over a certain area designated five miles from the station. 

"The reason stated because of a air sampling camp in that area. 

"This did not make any sense to any of us on the crew because on two different occasions we had to fly over this area. 

"It was on the opposite side of the continent and we had to refuel at South Pole and a direct course to this Davis Camp was right over the air sampling station. 

There were previous claims this Google Earth images showed a UFO crashed in the Antarctic.

"The only thing we saw going over this camp was a very large hole going into the ice. You could fly one of our LC130 into this thing.

"Talk among the flight crews was that there is a UFO base at South Pole and some of the crew heard talk from some of the scientists working with and interacting with the scientists at that air sampling camp/large ice hole."

Earthfiles has published a redacted DD-214 documentand Antarctic Service Medal given to Brian on November 20 1984 in a bid to confirm his credentials.

The claims have caused riptions in the UFO community.

An article on unsilentmajoritynews.com said: "Over the years, there have been a ton of articles on the Internet dealing with the mysteries and anomalies that involve the Antarctic. 

"Many of them have been debunked, or at least the person writing claims to have debunked various stories, I too have personally written about the mysterious activity alleged to be taking place on the frozen continent, but the following story should be elevated above all others in my humble opinion. Why?

"What makes this story far more credible than many others is who did the research. 

"Linda Moulton Howe isn’t some internet hack; She’s an Emmy Award-winning TV producer, investigative reporter for radio and internet, and author who goes directly to the men and women at the forefront of science and environmental breakthroughs and to firsthand eyewitnesses of high strangeness."

But, Nigel Watson. author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said: "Antarctica is often cited as the base for UFO activity, but like this story, the evidence is based on rumours and information from anonymous or unreliable sources. So I wouldn't give it much credit."

Roswell - UFO or NOT? Weather Balloon or Project Mogul?

The evidence fabricated by the Air Force was so easy to produce. You could imagine the conversations ‘ Get a weather balloon rip it up a bit, and we will do a press release, and that will be the end of it.’ By this time far too many people had been involved. The military personnel were easy to silence with threats, The civilian population were either bribed or threatened which would cover the immediate aftermath of the incident, and it should have disappeared. But it did not.

The Government has had to reinforce the cover-up with maybe the top-secret Project Mogul which they could not disclose because it was detecting Russian Nuclear activity or lack of it. Project Mogul was a balloon with many more balloons attached, and odd shaped metal detectors that supposedly skimmed the surface of the desert near Roswell and left a few metal pieces behind and flew off again because it was lighter having less weight to carry. But didn’t the original cover-up show parts of a balloon? So how did it fly off again?

There are many affidavits from deceased service men too scared to say anything while they were alive about ETs and UFOs at Roswell. There are many documented fact that aliens were at the crash site of a UFO at Roswell. Watch the Smithsonian's drivel about the Roswell incident it is re-enforcing the Government line to the T. How stupid do they think we are? The Government can not be trusted e.g. Watergate and so many more incidents. It is left to the reporters and the general public to be relentless uncover the Government cover-ups.

When will the Governments around the world come clean about UFOs and ETs or Aliens? Deniel of UFOs will bite them on the BUM as they are here now and communicating with sensitive people on planet Earth. They are here to help us and take us to a higher level of existence. War to infinity and beyond: US Army committee votes for the creation of ‘space corps’ army branch

Having almost run out of foes to fight on Earth, the US House Armed Services Committee has set its iron sights on the Solar System.

The committee has voted in favor of the creation of a brand new ‘space corps’ army branch, whose mission would be to conduct exoatmospheric operations.

The proposal, which has bipartisan backing, would require the personal signature of President Donald Trump to become a reality.

If it comes to pass, the so-called ‘Space Corps’ would become the sixth branch of the US Army, and the first US command to be created in seven decades.

The new corps would assume the responsibilities currently carried by the US Air Force in outer space. The Air Force does have a Space Division at present time, but if the new proposals become law, the space branch would become its own entity, featuring a new chain of command.

The ‘space soldiers’ would presumably be tasked with defending US interests around known space, and defend the country from potential alien threats.

Experts in the study of alien civilizations found more than 500 probable UFO spaceports on Earth.

Scientists have long known anomalous zone in which people often notice the presence of aliens. For example, in Russia one of the most famous spaceports located on the bottom of lake Baikal.
